At Hydroglo, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return an order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item within India to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.

Please note that returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and personal care safety standards, certain items cannot be returned, including:
✔ Opened or used skincare/personal care products
✔ Sale items
✔ Gift cards
✔ Customized or special-order products

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately after approval.
Shipping Region
Currently, Hydroglo products are available for sale and delivery within India only.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
